Lauren Shelton is Director of Organizational Strategy and Workforce Performance for Corporate Metrics, Inc. In addition to overseeing Corporate Metrics’ employee and cultural initiatives, Ms. Shelton works with clients to assess their organizational and employee needs and to implement effective collaborative solutions as needed.
Ms. Shelton’s specialty also includes helping organizations increase employee performance and accountability while reducing absenteeism, turnover, and grievances. Ms. Shelton works effectively with Corporate Metrics' clients to develop and streamline their employee selection, recruitment, recognition, compensation, safety and knowledge management processes.
Ms. Shelton joined Corporate Metrics from Insight Global where she worked extensively in technology, infrastructure, and the telecom industry as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Ms. Shelton earned her B.A. in Public Affairs and Administration with a minor in Psychology from University of Oklahoma, and is currently pursuing an M.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at University of Texas in Arlington.
