Training Objective:
This course is designed to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt areas of knowledge as well as prepare potential candidates for the ASQ Certified Green Belt exam. The Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control methodology is presented with numerous real-life examples, and comprehension of the material is reinforced with assigned readings and question reviews.

Instruction for the CSSGB training will be provided by Ed Oboli, GE trained/ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with Corporate Metrics Inc., in a classroom setting. Ed has over 25 years professional experience, and holds seven professional certifications, including the Master Black Belt (MBB), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), the Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and the Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certifications from the American Society for Quality.
